Yes. Cardivo gift cards can be redeemed on Stripe subscription sign ups. For gift cards that have a higher value than each subscription payment, the gift card covers the first payment, and any remaining gift card balance is added as a credit balance on the customer’s Stripe record. Stripe then uses that credit on future subscription payments until it runs out. This means gift cards are always fully redeemed and marked as “Completed” in Cardivo when using them for subscription checkouts since any balance is transferred into Stripe against the subscription.
